ROCKSBOX REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS

Last Updated: September 1, 2020
These Rocksbox Rewards Program Terms (“Reward Program Terms”) are effective as of the Last Updated date above. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms regarding the Rocksbox Rewards Program (“Rockstar Rewards”), outlined below. Rocksbox may update or revise these Reward Program Terms from time to time. You agree that you will review these Reward Program Terms periodically. You are free to decide whether or not to accept a modified version of these Reward Program Terms, but accepting these Reward Program Terms, as modified, is required for you to continue participating in the Rockstar Rewards program. You may have to click “accept” or “agree” to show your acceptance of any modified version of these Reward Program Terms. If you do not agree to these Reward Program Terms or any modified version of these Reward Program Terms, you must terminate your Rockstar Rewards membership.
Rockstar Rewards is a tiered rewards program with four levels of membership: Base Member Level, Rose Gold Level, Silver Level, and Gold Level (each a “Rewards Level”). Upon joining Rocksbox, all Base Members immediately enjoy a variety of core membership benefits and opportunities to earn shopping credits without requiring any additional qualifying spend. Achieving Rose Gold, Silver, or Gold level status requires a minimum qualifying spend on jewelry purchases per year, as further described below. Only eligible, registered Members can participate in the Rockstar Rewards program. Rose Gold, Silver, and Gold membership levels qualify for a variety of benefits made available by Rocksbox in its sole discretion. Benefits may vary by level and some levels may have more benefits than others. The amount of Qualifying Spend required to qualify for, and the applicable benefits of, each Rewards Level are detailed on the Rockstar Rewards Levels Summary page.
Qualifying spend includes the cash amount spent toward Product purchases on the Website or by keeping a Product when you return your set, net of any discounts or credits applied, excluding any sales tax (“Qualifying Spend”). Any attempt to earn Qualifying Spend through the return of merchandise will be considered possible grounds for termination of your account. It may take up to 7 days after a purchase for your Qualifying Spend to be viewable via your account. You should email us at members@rocksbox.com if it has been more than 7 days and the Qualifying Spend has not been applied to your account. Your request must be received within 21 days of purchase with Qualifying Spend in order to credit the account. Qualifying Spend applies to the calendar year in which it was posted to your account. Beginning with the first purchase after qualifying for a Rewards Level, the applicable Rockstar Rewards discounts earned in Rose Gold, Silver, or Gold levels will be applied for qualifying members to any jewelry purchase from their set, New Shop, Clearance, or reservation purchases. These Rockstar Rewards discounts on purchases are applied to member price before credits are applied, and are not cumulative. For example, if a Silver Level member purchases an item at $50.00 member price and has $20.00 of credit, the item would first be discounted at an extra 10% off member price ($50.00 minus $5.00 off = $45.00) at which time her $20.00 credit is applied, thus the total charge is $25.00 cash plus applicable tax, and the resulting Qualifying Spend is $25.00. Multiple Products purchased at the same time count as a single purchase.
A Member’s cumulative Qualifying Spend in a calendar year will determine their eligibility for a Rewards Level. Once a Member reaches a given level, they will enjoy the benefits of that level for the remainder of the calendar year, and for the immediately following calendar year. They will need to reach the Qualifying Spend threshold in the following year to maintain their status into the year beyond. Qualifying spend cannot be rolled over from one year to another. For any jewelry purchases that are returned and refunded, a member's annual Qualifying Spend will be adjusted accordingly which may cause a change in eligibility for Rewards Levels and benefits. Any Qualifying Spend and Rewards Level earned is forfeited at the time a Rocksbox membership is canceled. Any Qualifying Spend for members on a paused membership is still subject to the calendar year limit and will be reset at the end of the calendar year. Qualifying Spend collected in two or more different Rocksbox accounts cannot be combined to qualify for Rewards Levels. Rocksbox reserves the right to terminate the Rockstar Rewards program, or to change the terms, regulations or benefits at any time at the sole discretion of Rocksbox, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the amount of Qualifying Spend already earned or the availability or value of Rewards Levels. Rocksbox may also modify the amount of Qualifying Spend required to reach a given Rewards Level, or the number benefits of Rewards Levels offered. Rockstar Rewards may not be available in all jurisdictions. Notwithstanding the Agreement to Arbitrate (as defined below), Rocksbox will make the final determination (in its sole and absolute discretion) should any disputes over Qualifying Spend or Rewards Levels arise.
Rocksbox reserves the right to terminate a Member's Rocksbox account and cancel any or all Qualifying Spend and Rewards Levels if Rocksbox believes, in its sole discretion, that the member is abusing the Rockstar Rewards program or is misrepresenting any information furnished to Rocksbox.
Should Rocksbox offer rewards from or through any partners, Rocksbox will not be responsible for any partner's participation in or withdrawal from the Rocksbox Rewards program.
These Rewards Program Terms are a part of the Rocksbox Terms of Service, and such Terms of Service are incorporated by reference herein. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meaning given in the Rocksbox Terms of Service.
